We're after an experienced Performance Marketing Group Head to lead the performance marketing division in our agency. You will be responsible for the growth strategies of our clients' businesses, competently initiating and presenting the results of the conducted advertising campaigns.
You should be keen on applying new methods and testing new tools: one of the global challenges in Web3 marketing is how to hack targeting & attribution in a cookies-less and pseudonymous environment and build funnels using fragmented off-chain and on-chain data. Apply if you want to make history by launching growth campaigns across Web2 and Web3 ad channels.
✔ Lead the new growth department within the agency, engage in experimentation, app store optimization, search engine optimization, paid marketing, affiliate marketing, and more
✔ Build effective KPI-based and data-driven growth strategies for our clients within the entire growth cycle from acquisition to referral activity
✔ Report, track metrics, adhere to plans, and be able to communicate the results clearly to the clients
✔ Manage the delivery of advertising creatives, be able to find a winning combination of creatives, bids, and target audiences
✔ Constantly experiment and optimize advertising campaigns for our clients, ensuring an excellent result
✔ Establish connections and relationships with ad platforms and negotiate best terms
✔ Perform budget management; allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly optimizing marketing spend
✔ Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies; grow Web3-performance toolkit
✔ 3-4+ years of experience in performance marketing group head and/or growth marketing (preferably in the Fintech, Gambling, and Crypto Industry).
